Because we are independent, we can quote your home, auto, and flood coverage with more than twenty A-rated carriers, then walk you through what each one would pay for.
We explain every coverage before you buy it, and we look at your policies again each year, because roofs age and rebuild costs move. The policy that fit at closing may not be the right one now.

Home Insurance
Primary homes and beach houses. Wind and hurricane coverage gets priced separately on the coast, and we quote that piece line by line.
Auto Insurance
Coverage for North Carolina drivers. The state minimum rose to 50/100/50 in 2025, and it is on your declarations page whether anyone explained it.
Flood Insurance
Rising water is excluded from standard homeowners policies, so we price flood separately, through the federal program and the private market.
Hurricane Insurance
